An Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity (ED&I) sharing forum is attended by nuclear employers on a voluntary basis to share experiences, knowledge and best practice on Equality and Diversity.
- A kick-off workshop took place in May which identified the appetite for a sharing forum. The key themes to take forward are:
- Sharing and Best Practise
- Standards and Awards
- Metrics and measurements
- TORs are being developed by NSSG Diversity Lead, NNL’s Head of Skills Capability Liv Thompson.
